Dear my friends and everyone,

I, the undersigned, am writing to everyone who willing to help on behalf  – Mr. CHEAH who had a very bad accident recently in Penang.

Enclosed the medical report from Tanjung Medical Centre. MR. Cheah left knee and leg are ina back slab. Comminuted fracture of the patella with avulsion fracture fragments is seen. Therefore he is unable to work for at least 4 – 6 months. I would like to ask for the monetary donation for my brother to support him and his family during these few months.

The main purpose of the monetary donation is use for his further medical check up, physio as well as the expenses for the babies. Since he is unable to work at this moment at least 4-6 months and the wife is not working as well.

We would be ever so grateful if you would donate any amount you wish to. Your donation of any amoutn would be a great help for him and his family members. All the donation I will be listed.
